I’m trying to register and it’s not working!
First of all, if you have registered a card before, you can’t register another card with the same email address. Log into your VIBE account and follow the prompts in the “lost card” section.
Still not working, make sure you have checked the instructions on the login page about correct prefixes and verification codes.
Still not working…then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will fix it for you!
I have changed my details…
All the details you gave us when you registered can be changed when you move or got it wrong or get married! Just log into your VIBE account, head to the profile section, change your details and hit save!
where are my points?
Sometimes IT isn’t our friend so if you have any points queries or problems, shoot off an email to email@example.com with your Boostie number and as much information about the points you are missing as you can!
Please remember that you don’t receive VIBE points for discounted drinks and combos.
what are points?
For every drink you buy, you get one point. This can be for Kids, Medium, and Original drinks, so long as you buy a drink.
Points only apply for full price drinks and not where VIBE club is excluded.
can I get a free drink yet?
If you have 10 or more points, then you are one stroll away from your free Boost! You only need 10 points to get your freebie!
is there a limit on points and do they expire?
You can collect as many points as you want to and points have no expiry date, so you are free to accumulate and shout a friend a free Boost if you want!
lost/stolen/broken vibe card!?
Never fear, you may have lost your card down the toilet, had you bag snatched by a grandma or it’s just plain not working, there is something you can do to keep your points!
Your super cool VIBE account has a special way of letting you easily register your new card AND keep your points!
1. Log into your VIBE account (here)
2. On the left you will see “I have Lost My Card!”, click on this section
3. Type in your new Boostie number – it will begin with VSM
4. Type in your verification code (if you have a Zero, make sure you don’t put in the letter “O”)
5. Enter your email address and VIBE password and click save
6. Open your email and click on the link that would have been sent to you
7. Your VIBE account should now show you a message saying “Transfer completed”
So how do I get this Birthday Boost?
The Birthday Boost is only available on the day or two days before and after your birthday. There are a few reasons for this but check out the terms and conditions of VIBE for more information.
To redeem it, on your birthday, just head to your local store with your VIBE card and proof of birth date (Your NRIC or Passport) and you score a free Boost!
Do note that only 1 redemption per person per birthday.
Remember, if you have any problems, shoot an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with both your Boostie Numbers and verification codes!
