VIBE is Moving Onto Our New App!

From mid October 2019, your VIBE membership will be country specific as defined in your VIBE membership profile.

Please select the country you want to use your card in by 14 Oct 2019.

If there is no country defined in your profile on 14 Oct 2019, your membership will be moved to the country you last bought a Boost in.

Note that your selected country determines where you can earn & redeem points from mid October 2019;

-Malaysia: Can earn & redeem points in Malaysia
-Singapore or Brunei: Can earn & redeem points in Singapore and Brunei

FAQs for Country Specific VIBE Membership

  1. What is this VIBE membership change all about?

In preparation for an exciting new Boost App, a system upgrade is required. After 14th October 2019, you can no longer collect points from all of Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei on your existing VIBE membership and instead unique membership is required for each of Malaysia and Singapore/Brunei.

 

  1. How can I check which country my membership is registered in?

You may login VIBE account here and look at the “Country” field in your membership profile.

 

  1. I forgot my password!

You may login VIBE account here and simply click on “Aaarrgh! I’ve forgotten my password!” to regenerate your password.

 

  1. I forgot my email address…

Email us at vibeclub@boostjuicebars.com.my with your Boostie No. and Verification Code and we will fix it for you!

 

  1. Can I change the country later on/after the Oct 14, 2019 deadline?

You will not be able to change this on your own. You will need to email us at vibeclub@boostjuicebars.com.my with your Boostie No., Verification Code and the country that you wanted to change to and we will fix it for you!

 

  1. I used to have a VIBE account, but I can’t access it anymore. Has it been deleted?

Accounts that have been inactive or unused for over a year since Sept 1, 2018 have been deactivated. If you wish to reactivate this, just email us at vibeclub@boostjuicebars.com.my with your old Boostie No. and Verification Code and we will fix it for you!

 

  1. If I register my VIBE account under Malaysia, what countries can I use it in?

If you register under Malaysia, you can use that VIBE account to earn and redeem points in Malaysia only. You will no longer be able to earn and redeem points in other countries.

 

  1. If I register my VIBE account under Singapore, what countries can I use this in?

If you register under Singapore, you can use that VIBE account to earn and redeem points in Singapore and Brunei only. You will no longer be able to earn and redeem points in Malaysia.

 

  1. If I register my VIBE account under Brunei, what countries can I use this VIBE membership in?

If you register under Brunei, you can use that VIBE account to earn and redeem points in Singapore and Brunei only. You will no longer be able to earn and redeem points in Malaysia.

 

  1. Can I have two cards / VIBE accounts registered under two different countries?

Yes, you can! Just make sure that you have registered both cards under 2 different valid emails to be able to claim your Free Boost or other super juicy, exclusive benefits!
