Yeap the oldest trick in the book – but seriously it works a gem and will mean no more stuffy lift rides.
Park a little further
No, you don’t need to park right in front of the supermarket. Park a little further and get those legs moving.
The water cooler trick
Instead of emailing your colleague that is on the other side of the office. Take minute to walk over and talk to them face to face. It’s a great opportunity to take a moment away from the screen – but don’t be too long, you’ve got work to do.
Get rid of the chair
Replace your desk chair for a Swiss ball. Not only is it bouncy but it will get your postural muscles working.
Every hour on the hour
